Job summary

Evora IT Solutions Group is seeking a Brand & Marketing Designer, a senior contributor within our global Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will produce high-quality print and digital assets that bring our brand to life across campaigns, digital channels, and client communications.

The role requires self-direction, ability to work remotely in distributed teams, a strong portfolio in B2B brand design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in a commercial setting.
• Strong print and digital design portfolio with B2B or enterprise work.
• Portfolio including corporate/brand design; multi-market experience preferred.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Figma.
• Fluent English; ability to work remotely within a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of digital marketing materials while upholding brand consistency.
• Design campaign visuals for digital and print channels (social, email, ads, events).
• Develop content assets: banners, infographics, presentations, landing pages, social assets.
• Apply Evora Brand Guidelines across outputs; guardianship of brand integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate briefs into visual designs.
• Manage your project queue and file library; ensure version control.
• Stay current with tools and AI-assisted capabilities to improve output.

Who We Are Looking For

Role Overview The Brand & Marketing Designer is a senior individual contributor within the global Evora Group Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This role is the operational design engine for Evora's brand — responsible for producing high-quality print and digital assets that bring our brand to life across campaigns, digital channels, and client-facing communications. The role requires a confident, self-directed professional who can hit the ground running, work independently within a clearly defined brand system, and deliver consistently excellent output without close supervision.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional design experience in a commercial setting (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Demonstrable expertise in both print and digital design — proven through a portfolio of delivered work, not concepts.
• Portfolio featuring corporate or brand design in a B2B or enterprise context; global or multi-market brand experience strongly preferred.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); proficiency in Figma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work rigorously within a defined brand system — interpreting and applying guidelines, not reinventing them.
• Active Behance Designer Profile showcasing B2B/corporate design work (required for application).
• Fluent English communication skills; ability to interpret written briefs independently.
• Ability to self-manage in a remote, globally distributed team environment.

Preferred profile of candidate

• Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) in a professional production context.
• Animation or motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, or equivalent) ability to produce animated social or presentation assets.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress) for asset deployment.
• Experience designing for SAP, enterprise software, or professional services brands.

What You Bring

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end production of digital marketing materials — from brief to final delivery — maintaining brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
• Design campaign visuals for digital and print channels including social media, email, paid advertising, events, and trade publications.
• Develop content assets for Evora's digital media presence: banners, infographics, presentations, landing page graphics, and social assets.
• Apply and uphold the Evora Group Brand Guidelines across all outputs, acting as guardian of brand integrity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate campaign briefs and messaging into compelling visual designs.
• Manage your own project queue, prioritising work to meet deadlines without day-to-day direction.
• Maintain an organised digital asset library ensuring files are version-controlled and accessible to the team.
• Stay current with design tools and emerging AI-assisted capabilities to continuously improve output quality and efficiency.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

• You have independently produced at least two complete campaign visual sets that are live and brand-compliant — with zero revision cycles caused by brand inconsistency.
• The team relies on you as the go-to designer: briefs are turned around on time, work is proactively communicated, and there is no design bottleneck.
• You have audited and reorganised the existing digital asset library, establishing a clear naming and versioning convention the team adopts.
