Job summary

Group Bayport is seeking a Brand Associate for its Retention Marketing team with responsibilities across online reputation management and customer engagement. The role is based in Ahmedabad/Gurgaon and involves responding to customer reviews, building loyalty, and collaborating with marketing to boost engagement and sales.

You will monitor brand sentiment, analyze feedback, and contribute to cross-department improvements in products and services. Night shift is possible at some locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, brand reputation management, and sales generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of online platforms such as Yotpo, Sitejabber, Trustpilot, and social media channels.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage our brand reputation on online/review platforms and social media channels.
• Respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with customers to build positive relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing engagement and sales.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services to various internal departments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ORM space.

• Report process issues, identify trends, recommend improvements.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or online reputation management is an advantage.
• Experience in design & printing is a plus

• Excellent with excel

Bachelors Degree preferred
