The candidate will lead sourcing efforts, manage DSAs, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with credit and operations to ensure timely processing within a regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Drive Home Loan sourcing through DSA, DST, self-sourced, and connector channels.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage DSAs and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and connectors.
• Monitor file quality, login-to-disbursement ratios, and TAT.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
