Job summary

JobTrade in Noida, UP, is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead the business loan sales and credit coordination at the Noida branch. You will own targets, drive sourcing, and develop strategies to boost revenue.

You will also build a strong local business network, hire and train Sales Executives, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will mentor the sales team, manage day-to-day performance, and coordinate with the Credit Manager to maintain high-quality loan files.

• Track branch-level sales MIS and performance.


• Monitor loan sourcing, applications, approvals, and disbursements.


• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Product Head.


• Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance

• Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable RBI/NBFC fair-practice guidelines.


• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


• Ensure ethical and transparent customer-handling practices throughout the sales process.
