Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–6 years banking experience in customer service or sales.
• Graduate degree with at least 50% marks; Tier 2/3 institutions preferred.
• Proficiency in KYC norms and RBI/compliance policies.
• Knowledge of core banking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
