Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Bhilwara (Rajasthan) is seeking an External Title Branch Relationship Executive - UCV for permanent service in Field Operations. The role focuses on credit coordination, documentation, and ensuring timely pre-disbursement activities within the bank's norms.

The candidate will work closely with the branch and head office to maintain file integrity, meet TATs, and support loan disbursement processes across the Rajasthan region.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit operations and loan processing.
• Familiar with pre-disbursement norms and TAT targets.
• Ability to coordinate with branches and HO for document checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAM with all pre-disbursement documents as per Credit norms and within the prescribed TAT (Pre Disbursement) 30% TAT As per annexure 1
• Ensure that file is complete in all aspects before loan disbursement (FTR as per matrix) 20% First Time Right % As per annexure 2
• Physically dispatch files to HO as per matrix 20% TAT of Physical Dispatch As per annexure 3
• Complete PDD on time for loans disbursed 20% % of On time PDD completion As per annexure 4
