Responsibilities

• Develop consistent pipeline of applications from customers for New Commercial Vehicle loans through direct sourcing, dealers, and market references.
• Effectively manage relationships with customers by responding to requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all documentation and information for loan proposals are obtained timely to practice 'First Time Right'.
• Generate and pass on leads for cross-sell products (Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag).
• Ensure 100% compliance to policies, processes and RBI/regulatory matters.

• Actively generate & pass on leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag (wherever applicable)
• Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies
