Job summary

Kotak Life in Nasik is seeking an Assistant Manager for Branch Function – APC. You will handle new business proposal forms, underwriting inputs, and customer service at the branch, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with policy procedures.

You will coordinate with medical centers, source riders and ECS, drive renewals and direct credit document follow-ups, and manage end-to-end turnaround time and branch receipting and banking activities.

Responsibilities

• New Business proposal form processing.
• Primary underwriting.
• Customer Service.
• Renewal calling.
• Surrender retention by educating customers on benefits of long-term stay and use of retention kit.
• ECS sourcing; educating customers and registering for ECS to meet monthly targets.
• Driving conversion of new business by following up with sales team on requirements.
• Driving End to End Turnaround Time.
• Medical coordination with medical centers, sales team and customer.
• Riders sourcing from walk-in customers and renewal calling.
• Follow-up with customers for arranging Direct Credit documents towards all types of pay-outs.
• Other back office work.
• Receipting of premiums for new business, renewals, agency, shortfall premiums etc. all types of payments in cash and cheque at branches.
• Banking of cheque and cash collected on previous day through bank-appointed pickup person.
