Job summary

Piramal Finance in Solapur is seeking a branch operations professional to manage day-to-day branch activities, ensuring smooth functioning and timely loan disbursements.

You will verify KYC and loan documentation, ensure RBI compliance, handle customer queries, monitor MIS and reporting, and supervise operations staff to meet SLAs.

Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Collections, identify operational risks and implement controls to maintain high standards of efficiency and customer service.
