Job summary

The role requires cross-team coordination and maintaining efficient operational processes. The successful candidate will manage documentation, cash handling, and MIS reporting, while supporting onboarding and training of branch staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in branch operations (NBFC/BFSI preferred).
• Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and provide timely resolution
• Monitor and manage documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and collections teams for seamless operations
• Ensure proper handling of cash, disbursements, and reconciliation (if applicable)
• Track branch performance and prepare MIS reports
• Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) for all operational processes
• Support onboarding, training, and supervision of branch staff
• Ensure proper maintenance of branch infrastructure and assets
