HNS Gold Company in Mohali, Punjab, is seeking a Branch Operations Executive to oversee daily branch operations, manage customer documentation, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will support the sales team, maintain records, and coordinate with branch and corporate teams for operational needs and audits.

Fresh graduates with good communication and computer skills are welcome, and candidates with 1–3 years in branch operations or related roles are preferred.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in branch operations, administration, banking operations, NBFC, retail operations, customer service, or back-office functions.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning as per company SOPs.
• Handle customer documentation, KYC verification, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers throughout the gold-selling process and explain documentation and process requirements.
• Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with branch and corporate teams for operational requirements and approvals.
• Maintain branch registers, reports, and digital and physical operational files.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track branch operational metrics, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting to the corporate office.

Job Summary
