• Assist in data collation for dashboards and regulatory submissions.
• Log and track operational exceptions raised by branches.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for resolution and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between branches and control team for operational queries.
• Support in disseminating updated SOPs and compliance circulars.
• Maintain organized records of approvals, exceptions, and audit reports.

About the Role

The Branch Control Support role is part of the Retail Liabilities function within Retail Banking, based in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for centrally supporting all branches with activities related to branch launches, audit reviews, and data management. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and process alignment across the branch network.

What We Are Looking For

Education
