GIPS Consultancy seeks an AVP/VP level Wealth Manager to lead the RM team and own branch banking objectives. The role focuses on supervising branch performance, driving profitability, and ensuring high-quality service for HNI clients within the Preferred program.

The successful candidate will manage cross-selling and strategy execution to meet targets while delivering a superior customer experience across the branch network in Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• Must be AVP/VP level in Wealth Management with experience managing RM teams.
• Strong branch banking oversight and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a result oriented RM team, owning all branch banking objectives and overall branch supervision.
• Incorporate HNI customers into the Preferred program and deliver superior customer experience to boost profitability.
• Drive cross-sale of products to achieve targets and enhance branch profitability.
