Equitas Small Finance Bank is hiring for an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in the South region. This permanent role focuses on generating leads, evaluating income, and managing micro LAP and micro housing financing processes.

You will oversee repayment tracking, loan documentation, and ensure timely disbursements while promoting Equitas products across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with field exposure in microfinance or lending operations.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer acquisition, collections or microfinance lending.
• Experience in lead generation and loan processing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and generate leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance.
• Track and ensure repayments of disbursed loans.
• Lead generation and conversion for existing microfinance members.
• Ensure delivery of Equitas products and prompt repayments in a cost-effective manner.
• Sourcing and completion of loan document applications and follow-up through disbursement.

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage
