Job summary

PeopleStrong is hiring a Branch Manager for Gold Loans in Model Town, Delhi. You will lead the branch's gold loan portfolio and drive customer acquisition, credit appraisal, disbursement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include achieving targets, managing risk, ensuring compliance, coaching staff, and maintaining branch operations and customer service standards in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Deliver resolution for 0–30 DPD bucket.
• Monitor overdue accounts and perform timely follow-up.
• Support recovery actions as per internal guidelines.
• Achieve audit score as defined and close audit findings.
• Maintain zero-tolerance on regulatory breaches.
• Ensure accuracy in process, record keeping, and vault management.
