Job summary

Exalans and Hunar is seeking a dynamic Branch Head in Tamil Nadu, Chennai district to lead the branch’s sales, operations and administration, drive revenue and profitability, and motivate the team to meet targets.

You will oversee new customer acquisition, build the branch’s Asset under Management, drive sales of debentures, insurance and tour products, ensure quality onboarding, and manage NPAs while coordinating GTM activities to grow market share.
