Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to drive Retail Liabilities growth and service excellence. You will coordinate with product teams, marketing and other centers to launch new products, uphold regulatory compliance, and manage branch P&L and team performance.

Candidates should have 6+ years in banking with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities, strong sales experience, MBA/CA/CAIB, and leadership capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in banking experience with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities
• MBA / CA / CAIB preferred
• Strong leadership skills, more tactical than strategic
• Thinking: Doer – 40:60 balance
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro/micro economic processes

Responsabilidades

• Enhance the Deposit pool from customers
• Establishing standards and delivery of service
• Sales of non-deposit products with cross-selling targets
• Sales of mutual funds and insurance products
• Generate fee income
• Oversee branch administration
• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Take overall responsibility for break-even and branch P&L

Job Requirements

• Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities
• Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products
• Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB
• Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)
• Thinker: Doer – 40:60
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes
• Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer “DELIGHT”
• Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
