Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai seeks a Branch Manager to drive branch performance, lead a diverse team, and ensure service excellence. You will own the branch P&L, supervise operations, and push deposits and Liabilities growth while coordinating with product, marketing and support units.

You bring about 6 years of banking experience, including 3–4 years in Retail Liabilities, proven sales expertise, MBA/CA/CAIB, and a pragmatic, 40:60 thinker-doer approach.

Competenze

• 6 years of banking experience, including 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities.
• Must have sales experience with Liabilities products.
• MBA / CA / CAIB qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills; tactical focus (40:60).
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro/micro economic processes.
• Ability to coordinate across units to ensure customer delight.
• Liaising with product management, marketing and other centers for new product development and sales initiatives.

• Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer “DELIGHT”
• Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
