Torq Commodities is seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Operations Supervisor to oversee daily farm activities and ensure efficiency. You will manage a team of farm workers, monitor flock health, and maintain production and inventory records.

The role emphasizes disease prevention, vaccination programs, and implementing productivity strategies to boost output and contribute to corporate success. You will mentor team members and manage farmers while implementing strategic plans.

• Manage production and inventory records and reports.
• Monitoring the health of the poultry flock, including disease prevention and vaccination programs.
• Mentor team members, develop productivity strategies, conduct market research, manage farmers, implement strategic plans, boost farm production, and contribute to corporate success
• Handled Layer bird, specially ISA brown breed birds.
