Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive overall branch profitability by achieving business targets across CASA, Retail Assets, Liabilities, Wealth, and Third-Party Products.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor branch staff to ensure high productivity, customer service excellence, and achievement of key performance indicators.
• Acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships, and enhance branch market share through local business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, operational, and risk management guidelines while maintaining robust branch controls.
• Strengthen customer engagement, resolve escalations promptly, and deliver a superior banking experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-10 years of banking experience, including branch banking and team management exposure.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth across liabilities, assets, and fee-income products.
• Strong leadership, people management, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of banking operations, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Good market knowledge with the ability to drive business acquisition and portfolio growth in the assigned geography.
