Hdfc Securities in Satara, Maharashtra is seeking a Branch Manager to drive profitability and revenue across Equity/TPP products while leading a team of relationship managers. The role requires strong market knowledge and NISM certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team of relationship managers.
• Solid understanding of Equity Market and TPP products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• NISM certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the profitability of the Branch.
• Monitor revenue against cost and generate revenue through Equity/TPP and new launches.
• Manage a team of RMs and ensure proper customer mapping to RMs.
• Monitor brokerage of the branch and income from other products.
• Oversee branch operations, risk and administration.
• Ensure connectivity in the branch.
• Coordinate with the research team for portfolio reviews for top customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to manage the profitability of the Branch.


• Closely monitor revenue against cost and generate revenue through Equity/ TPP and any other new launch.


• Manage a team of RMs and Ensure proper segregation of customers and active clients mapped to RMs.


• Monitor brokerage of the branch/dealer and income from other products.


• Manage the clients in the locality within the said radius.


• Handle overall branch operation, risk and administration related activities


• Ensure connectivity in the branch.


• Coordinating with the research team for advice/review of the portfolio for top customers on regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Team Handling.


• Good knowledge of Equity Market and TPP


• Good communication (Written and Verbal).


• Should be NISM certified.
