Job summary

Sbicap Securities is seeking a Branch Manager for our Vadodara retail broking division. The role requires 8–10 years of experience and a graduate/post graduate degree.

You will lead a team of relationship managers and equity advisors, overseeing branch operations and ensuring targets for AUM, brokerage, and client activation. You will drive revenue across equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, PMS, bonds and insurance while expanding the local market presence.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in retail broking.
• Experience leading a team of RM/Advisors and managing branch operations.
• Knowledge of equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, PMS, bonds, and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch revenue through equity, derivatives, MF, IPOs, PMS, bonds & insurance.
• Lead the team of relationship managers and equity advisors and manage branch administration.
• Supervise branch operations and achieve targets for AUM, brokerage, client acquisition and activation.
• Promote branch growth and develop local market presence.
• Demonstrate strong people management, client acquisition, and relationship management.

• He/she would be responsible for driving branch revenue through Equity, Derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, PMS, Bonds & Insurance.
• He /She would lead the team of relationship managers and equity advisors and handle the complete administration of the branch seamlessly.
• He/ she would supervise complete Branch Operations and achieving target for AUM, brokerage, client acquisition and activation.
• Ensures the growth of the branch business and is committed to its success and developing local market presence.
• Would have good man management skills, Customer Acquisition and Client Relationship Management.
• Should have good product/industry information.
