Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance seeks a Branch Manager in Moradabad to lead agency health insurance growth. The role targets recruitment, activation, productivity, and engagement across agencies, with responsibility for 6–8 Agency Managers.

You will drive renewals and ensure top-line and bottom-line growth through strategic regional plans. Required experience of 4–6 years in agency or health insurance sales, permanent employment, and a non-campus office setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency/channel sales or health insurance is preferred.
