Job summary

The Radiance Elite, a premium aesthetic clinic in India, seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Hair, Skin and Slimming treatments. You will drive sales targets, manage the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to treatment completion.

Priority will be given to candidates with relevant field experience and a proven track record in revenue growth and client conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Drive monthly revenue and sales targets and ensure achievement.
• Oversee consultations and support the team in converting leads into treatment packages.
• Monitor sales performance of counsellors, therapists, and other team members.
