BERKOWITS HAIR & SKIN CLINIC in Ludhiana invites a proactive Branch Manager to lead our premium Skin & Hair Clinic, drive excellent service, and grow the business. You will head a skilled team, oversee client consultations, and tailor treatment plans across hair and skin services.

The role requires at least 5 years managing a skin, hair, or aesthetic clinic, strong English communication, and a track record of client consultations and clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a skin, hair, or aesthetic healthcare clinic.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the branch team to deliver service excellence and hit business goals.
• Deliver expert consultations for skin and hair conditions and tailor treatment plans.
• Manage end-to-end branch operations from client satisfaction to revenue growth.
• Oversee treatments such as hair growth, hair loss control, and laser procedures.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, track progress, and convert consultations into procedures.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high professionalism and service quality.
• Monitor branch performance and drive initiatives to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to clinical, operational, and safety protocols.

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Branch Manager to lead our premium Skin & Hair Clinic in Gurugram. What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the branch team to achieve service excellence and business goals.
• Deliver expert consultations for various skin and hair conditions, recommending and customising treatment plans.
• Manage end-to-end branch operations from client satisfaction to revenue growth.
• Oversee and guide treatments such as:
• Hair Loss Control & Hair Growth (Laser, PRP, Mesotherapy, Derma Roller)
• Advanced Skin Care (Peels, Pigmentation, Wart/Tag Removal, PRP, Q-switched Laser, CIT)
• Laser Hair Reduction
• Hair Transplant and Hair Replacement Consultations
• Ensure timely client follow-ups and track treatment progress for consistent, visible results.
• Convert consultations into confirmed procedures and contribute directly to business success.
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain top-tier professionalism and service quality.
• Monitor branch performance, analyse sales reports, and drive initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
• Guarantee adherence to clinical, operational, and safety protocols.

Who You Are

• Confident communicator with excellent English fluency and interpersonal skills.
• A natural leader energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
• Experienced in Aesthetic Treatments (Skin, Hair & Laser preferred).
• Skilled in consultation-based sales, team management, and client relationship building.
• Analytical and proactive in reviewing branch performance and driving continuous improvement.
