Job summary

IIFL Finance Limited in Kota invites applications for Branch Manager (Gold Loans). You will lead end-to-end branch operations, drive business growth, ensure compliance, and manage a team to deliver superior customer service.

The role requires strong field marketing, active acquisition in the catchment, portfolio quality oversight, timely loan approvals, and motivation of staff to meet targets. Prior Gold Loan and team‑handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Banking & Financial services.
• Prior Gold Loan & team handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business growth, new customer acquisition, customer service, overall branch operations & compliance.
• Drives field marketing and continuous customer acquisition & engagement to meet branch targets for gold loans and other financial products.
• Maintains portfolio quality by tracking gold quality and ROI.
• Ensures valuation, process compliance, timely system approvals for loans.
• Coordinates with audit teams; maintains registers and displays.
• Follows up for interest collections to control NPAs; handles auctions.
• Monitors team activities across gold loans, cash, documents, leads generated and new customer acquisition.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains team; provides timely feedback and motivation.
