IIFL Finance Ltd in Kota, Rajasthan invites applications for a Gold Loan Appraiser role at the GL Branch. You will handle walk-in customers, perform gold valuations, and manage loan disbursal and post-closure activities on site.

The role also involves cash handling, KYC documentation, LOS data updates, and maintaining branch records while delivering reliable customer service throughout pledging, disbursal, and repayment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in gold loan processes and customer interactions.
• Ability to accurately identify gold purity and valuation.
• Knowledge of KYC rules and branch cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and respond to queries about the gold loan process and schemes.
• Conduct gold valuations and determine purity accurately.
• Pack, store, and return gold ornaments after loan closure.
• Manage cash during disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create or modify CUID in LOS during disbursal, payments, and closures.
• Maintain branch registers for Key/Cash/Packet movements and visits.
• Ensure proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Follow up with customers for timely interest and principal payments.
• Provide good customer service at pledging, releasing, or payment stages.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ø Attending to walk-in customers, addressingqueries about the gold loan process and schemes offered.
• Ø Conducting gold valuations andidentifying gold purity accurately.
• Ø Properly packing and storing gold andgold packets after loan disbursal. Returning gold ornaments to customers afterloan closure.
• Ø Managing cash (system & physical)during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Ø Create new CUID in system &modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & LoanClosure.
• Ø Maintain branch registers as per theguidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc.
• Ø Ensuring proper collection and storageof customer KYC documents.
• Ø Following up with customers for timelycollection of interest and principal payments.
• Ø Providing good customer service at everystep i.e. while pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Additional Responsibilities:

Insummary, the Gold appraiser is responsible for the end-to-end transactionprocess for gold loans - from valuation to disbursal to closure, along withcustomer service.

CTC Upto 3 Lacs ( for Non-Metro) / 4.20 Lacs ( for Metro )
