Aufgaben

• Drive business growth and new customer acquisition, and manage overall branch operations and compliance.
• Lead field marketing and ongoing customer engagement in catchment area to meet branch targets for gold loans and other financial products.
• Monitor portfolio quality by tracking gold quality and ROI, and ensure valuation and timely approvals for loans.
• Coordinate with audit teams; maintain registers and displays.
• Follow up for interest collections to control NPAs and manage auctions when needed.
• Supervise activities across gold loans, cash, documents, leads, and new customer acquisition.
• Coach, mentor, train the team; provide timely feedback and motivation.

Job Description

• Responsible for business growth, newcustomer acquisition, customer service, overall branch operations & compliance.
• Drives field marketing and continuouscustomer acquisition & engagement in catchment area to meet branch targetsfor gold loans and other financial products.
