Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and activation of trading accounts; promote equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and bonds.
• Develop local market strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability; own monthly/annual targets.
• Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for branch staff; conduct reviews and training.
• Build and manage relationships with retail and HNI clients; handle escalations and drive cross-selling.
• Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE regulations; KYC/AML and audit readiness.
• Monitor trading activity, client exposure, and margin adherence to prevent unauthorized trading.
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with HO compliance, risk, and operations teams.

About the Role:
