Job summary

TekPillar is seeking a Branch Head in Bengaluru to build and lead a team of 8-10 frontline sales professionals, driving business growth and client relationships.

You will implement a sales management process, develop and execute a strategic sales plan, and monitor revenue objectives to ensure consistent growth. The role requires 8-10+ years in life insurance and at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10+ years in Life Insurance.
• At least 2+ years in team management and handling.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
