Job summary

Intellisolvers in Bengaluru is seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail stores. The role requires a strong track record in retail branch management, sales growth, team leadership, and store operations, with experience handling a business volume of 6-10 Crores.

The ideal candidate will drive day-to-day operations, optimize inventory and merchandising, mentor a large team, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in retail.
• Strong experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, large-format retail, or similar industries.
• Proven experience handling 6-10 Crores business volume.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory, sales, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage large teams and high-volume retail operations.
• Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office will be an added advantage.
