Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations at a branch, driving revenue growth, managing a team of academic counsellors, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on sales strategy, team leadership, and operational efficiency to achieve branch targets, optimize customer experiences, and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve the branch's targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales tactics and ensure growth.
- Collaborate with the regional team to align branch goals with overall company objectives.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through networking and outreach.
