Job summary

Appsierra Group in Patna is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive admissions, lead the branch team, and ensure quality service for students and parents.

The candidate should have 3–7 years in education/coaching, a graduate degree (MBA preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. You will manage MIS, promotions, and coordinate with senior management to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in education, coaching, or allied institutes.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• Certifications in management or sales will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and administration of the branch.
• Drive admissions by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
