Job summary

ADI Resourcing is seeking a Branch Head for CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai to lead the freight forwarding sales function and expand the customer base. You will drive new business, secure competitive rates with carriers, and align with operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a deep network with shipping lines, strong MIS reporting, and 10–12 years in freight forwarding or NVOCC sales, with excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business role.
• Strong relationships with shipping lines/carriers for pricing/rates.
• Sound knowledge of market dynamics and an existing customer base to excel.
• 10–12 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/shipping/NVOCC is a must.
• Excellent communication skills with MIS reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth and convert existing clients.
• Source ideal freight rates; coordinate with shipping lines/carriers.
• Generate new business development and growth with defined targets.
• Manage P&L of the country.
• Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting, business plan, P&L and MIS.
• Coordinate with in-house operations for day-to-day operations.
• Maintain focus on customer service and on-time responses.

The ideal candidate Should have a deep understanding of Sea/Ocean Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry. Prospecting and developing New Business Development & maintaining healthy relationships with customers & Shipping Lines/ Carriers must have his/her own Customer base and ensure Business Growth.

Responsibilities /JD :
1. Develop and Execute strategies to drive New Business Growth and Convert Existing clients.
2. Sourcing of ideal Freight rates Coordination with Shipping Lines/Carriers
3. Generate New Business Development & Growth with Define Target
4. Manage P&L of the Country
5. Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting Business plan /P&L & MIS reporting.
6. Coordination with in-house Operations Team for day-to-day operations.
7. Continuous Focus on Customer Service & on time response

Qualifications:
