• Portfolio & P&L Management: Own asset growth, recovery rates, and branch financial targets across the designated territory.

• Risk & Delinquency Control: Monitor portfolio quality, track Daily/Weekly collection efficiency, and minimize non-starters or defaults.
• Operations & Compliance: Audit branch operations regularly, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prevent financial fraud.
• Business Expansion: Conduct market surveys, launch new centers, and promote cross-selling of financial products.
