Job summary

Strong communication and teamwork are essential for handling customers, processing lending operations, and ensuring accurate documentation. Ideal candidates will possess a graduate degree or banking/finance certification and demonstrate proficiency in delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Freshers or minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of financial products, lending operations, and current market practices.
