Accuracy in taking action on referral cases assigned with availabled at a base.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to maintaining quality of referral cases and also delivering output within prescribed TAT.
• Responsible for internal cross audit with accuracy and adherence to the policies and processes set by organization.
• Managing weekly and monthly MIS and trackers.
• To interact closely with other teams to ensure smooth day to day functioning at location.
• Policy compliance: ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Understand Posidex policy and processes as well as credit environment in the location.
• Initiatives taken for improvements, streamlining, adherence.
• Credit decisions: take sound lending decisions based on available information interactions with the applicants.
• Manage credit quality and control delinquencies, frauds.
• Monitoring performance.
• Managing performance in terms of key drivers: cost losses/portfolio quality parameters/cost of credit administration/employee productivity.
