Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. seeks a Branch Business Head for Hisar in the North zone. This senior leadership role requires strategic oversight, sales leadership, and robust risk and portfolio management across banking operations.

You will drive disbursement targets, productivity, cross-sell, and team development while ensuring compliance and customer focus. A hands-on leader with 9–14 years of experience in banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets as per budget plan (UCV & NCV).
• Ensure SO productivity targets are met as per annexure 2.
• Oversee branch portfolio and risk management targets.
• Ensure timely completion of PDD on loans disbursed.
• Drive cross-sell penetration and revenue growth.
• Monitor product mix and portfolio quality metrics.
• Lead and develop the branch team for better performance.
• Maintain branch culture and HR health indicators.
• Coordinate with regional/functional heads for strategy execution.
