Job summary

Tesslogs IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Java BPM Developer to design and implement BPM workflows and scalable enterprise applications across PAN INDIA. You will work on backend services with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

The role requires hands-on BPM experience (Camunda, IBM BPM/BAW, Pega, Activiti), workflow design, and strong problem-solving and collaboration with analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain java BPM workflows and business process applications.

We are looking for an experienced Java BPM Developer with strong expertise in Java development and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in workflow automation, process design, system integration, and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain java BPM workflows and business process applications.
• Develop backend applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Implement business process automation using BPM platforms such as Camunda, IBM BPM/BAW, Pega, or Activiti.
• Integrate BPM workflows with enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.
• Develop and maintain workflow rules, process models, service tasks, and business logic.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and resolve production defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
• Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices for application development.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
• Hands‑on experience with BPM and workflow automation.
• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow or process modelling.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and application debugging.
• Knowledge of microservices and enterprise application integration.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
