Job summary

Titan Company Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Quantity Surveyor to extract quantities from interior design drawings and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ). You will apply construction methodologies and cost estimation techniques, and compare BOQ estimates with现场 quantities.

Qualifications

1. 1. Extract quantities from interior design drawings and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
2. 2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
3. 3. Compare estimated BOQ with actual site quantities.
4. 4. Prepare cost comparative statements.
5. 5. Conduct market rate analysis and cost estimations.
6. 6. Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs and enhance profitability.
7. 7. Define design specifications, standards, and budgets for interior projects.
8. 8. Liaise with suppliers to gather pricing information and incorporate it into the BOQ.
9. 9. Provide recommendations for non-tendered items.

Work Experience

1. 1. Diplmoa / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2. 2. Advance proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
3. 3. 3-4 years of experience in construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor
