• Visa documentation: Prepare and verify all necessary documents for customer visa applications
• Voucher updates: Ensure customers receive accurate and timely travel vouchers for all confirmed bookings
• Cost reporting to finance: Share accurate booking cost details with the finance team and follow up on supplier payments
• Supplier negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with hotels, flight providers, and activity suppliers to optimize margins
• Ground team coordination: Share passenger arrival and departure details with ground operations to ensure smooth transfers
