Pickyourtrail is seeking an experienced visa specialist to manage end-to-end visa applications across major destinations. You will verify documents, liaise with embassies and agencies, and support high-net-worth clients while ensuring timely processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in visa processing and client handling, with exposure to travel or visa offices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end visa application and submission process for major countries, including Schengen and non-Schengen destinations.
• Verify visa documentation and ensure compliance with embassy, consulate and visa guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with embassies, consulates, visa agencies and authorities.
• Handle HNI customers, providing expert visa support and managing escalations related to delays or concerns.
• Stay updated on visa regulations across countries and seek process improvements.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end visa application and submission process for all major countries, including Schengen and non-Schengen destinations.


• Verify visa documentation and ensure compliance with country-specific embassy, consulate, and visa guidelines.


• Maintain effective communication with embassies, consulates, visa agencies, and relevant authorities.


• Handle HNI customers, providing expert visa support and managing escalations related to delays or customer concerns.


• Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements across countries and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and turnaround time.

Qualifications -

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visa processing, client handling in Visas. Should have worked in Travel or Visa offices like VFS.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


• High attention to detail and accuracy in the work done.
