Job summary

Heritage Nutriv et Limited is seeking a plant operator responsible for operating the boiler to produce steam for cattle feed, ensuring product quality and cost efficiency. You will supervise steam planning, adhere to SOPs, and maintain accurate records.

You will lead maintenance activities, optimize plant capacity, pursue power-saving opportunities, and ensure safety of all staff while complying with CCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• 1. Support the production of the quality product acceptable by market and animals
• 2. Steam planning and production for feed production
• 3. Standard Operating Procedures
• 4. Control the steam cost production and R & RM spares maintenance
• 5. Preventive, Periodical, Shut down & Breakdown Maintenance.
• 6. Utilization of the feed plant capacity
• 7. Power reduction opportunities finding and implementing
• 8. Safety of Self & Co Employees
• 9. Ensure maintenance of all records & Reports.
• 10. Responding to all management instructions/ letters and adherence
• 11. Follow and make the CCP

Preferred candidate profile

Ensure to operate the boiler with the maximum accuracy with an objective to provide quantitative steam for getting the better cattle feed product during the shift with costs Manpower, Fuel, Consumables etc.
