Job summary

Operational Energy Group (OEG) is seeking an experienced Boiler Operations Specialist to monitor and optimize boiler performance, ensuring safety and reliability. You will oversee DCS/panel control, tune parameters for efficiency, and implement process improvements across the plant.

You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, provide technical support and training to junior staff, and continually uphold safety protocols and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of boiler operations and DCS/panel experience.
• Strong boiler systems knowledge including combustion, steam, and water management.
• Experience with DCS/panel operation and programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team player with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
