Job summary

Vlink is seeking BMC Helix ITSM professionals to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise Digital Workplace and ITSM solutions. The role covers Helix ITSM configuration, workflow development, CMDB, service mapping, reporting and automation, with senior resources guiding architecture and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring BMC Helix ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem and SRM.
• Ability to design and implement CMDB, service mapping and CI governance.
• Proficiency with Helix ITSM dashboards, reporting and automation.
• Exposure to integration using REST APIs and Helix Integration Studio.
• Strong communication, documentation skills, and stakeholder management.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for BMC Helix ITSM professionals across levels to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise Digital Workplace and ITSM solutions. The role will involve Helix ITSM configuration, workflow development, CMDB, integrations, reporting, and automation, with senior resources leading architecture and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Configure and customize BMC Helix ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, SLA.
• Develop and enhance Smart IT, Digital Workplace, and Smart Reporting dashboards.
• Design and maintain CMDB, CI relationships, service mapping, and reconciliation.
• Build and manage integrations using Helix Integration Studio, REST APIs, and middleware.
• Implement automation and AIOps use cases for event correlation and self-healing.
• Develop executive and operational dashboards including SLA, XLA, and service health.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrades, and L3 support.
• For Senior roles: lead solution design, architecture, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CMDB, Service Mapping, and CI governance.
• Integration experience using Helix Integration Studio and REST APIs.
• Exposure to Automation, AIOps, and Executive Dashboards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
