Job summary

BMC Helix is seeking a Global Services Delivery Consultant to drive consultative implementation services for enterprise solutions across global customers. The role requires managing multi-stakeholder environments, delivering design docs, and coordinating configurations and integrations with BMC Helix ITSM platforms.

The candidate should have 8–11 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM, be adept at working in a consulting services model, and be willing to travel to customer locations, aligning

• Extensive hands-on implementation experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace and Atrium CMDB solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Innovation Suite, Business Workflows and HelixGPT is a plus.
• Experience integrating BMC Helix ITSM with third-party applications and tools using standard APIs.
• Engineering/CS degree required and 8–11 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive collaboration with project staff and customers.
• Develop design documentation covering functional requirements, solution design, test strategy and deployment plans.
• Perform configuration, customization and implementation of BMC Helix ITSM solutions (Atrium CMDB).

Global Service Delivery Consultant - The Global Services Delivery Consultant provides consultative implementation services including advisory and technical implementation for enterprise software solutions for BMC Helix’s worldwide customers. The candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Works interactively with all project staff, both BMC internal and Customer.
• Contributes to Customer ready design documentation to support all Functional requirements, Technical Solution Design, Test Strategy and Deployment Plans
• Performs and coordinates Configuration, customisation and Implementation activities of BMC Helix ITSM solutions including Atrium CMDB.
• Performs Integration activities for BMC Helix Solutions with Third party applications / tools based to support customer requirements.
• Performs build activities for BMC Helix Digital Work Place Solution.
• Performs build activities on BMC Helix Innovation Suite & BMC Helix Business Workflow solutions.
• Performs configuration and customization for BMC Helix GPT.
• Provides inputs into Test Plan, Test case documents for the deployed solutions.
• Performs validations for solutions built and support customer testing including defect fixes.
• Provides inputs into deployment plans for moving solutions to production environment and subsequent go-live activities.
• Successfully assists to move required solutions into production on the target BMC Helix solution, transitioning the project to closure with both the customer and BMC teams.
• Provide Best Practice recommendations to customer through the project phases.
• Advises on updates to the Project or Service Schedule to the Project Manager, Practice Lead or Service Delivery Manager
• Recognizes customer requests that fall outside scope of the SOV and brings it to the attention of the Project Manager/Practice Lead for further review.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skill set & experience:

• Extensive hands‑on implementation experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, Atrium CMDB solutions including configuration, customisations and progressive web app.
• Hands‑on implementation experience with Innovation Suite, Business Workflows and HelixGPT will be an added advantage.
• Hands‑on implementation experience on BMC Helix Dashboards.
• Hands‑on implementation experience with Integrating BMC Helix ITSM solutions to various third party applications and tools utilising integration protocols such as SOAP, REST API etc.
• Hands‑on implementation experience on BMC Helix Atrium Integrator.
• Candidate must possess a Engineering /Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree.
• Should have 8-11 Years of relevant experience on BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
• Should have worked in Consulting Services / or similar engagement model.
• Experience on ITIL framework is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Containers, different OS, Networking and database concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with customer and internal stakeholders alike.
• Well organized with a positive attitude, ability to work in customer facing environment.
• Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and flexibility to align work timing with customer timezones.
