• Design and maintain CMDB, CI relationships, service mapping, and reconciliation.
• Build and manage integrations using Helix Integration Studio and REST APIs.
• Implement automation and AIOps use cases for event correlation and self-healing.
• Develop executive and operational dashboards including SLA, XLA, and service health.
• Troubleshoot performance, upgrades, and L3 support.
• For Senior roles: lead solution design, architecture, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
