Job summary

Birla Carbon seeks an experienced Branch Manager for gold loan operations in India. You will drive branch business, recruit and lead staff, ensure RBI/KYC compliance, and manage loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures.

The role requires 5–10 years in gold loans, strong sales and relationship management, and a graduate degree (MBA preferred). You will develop new customers, monitor portfolios, and uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loans.
• Sales and business development, customer relationship management, team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
