Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology in Bengaluru is seeking a domain expert for Blue Yonder SCPO technical and functional support, covering Demand, ESP, Demand 360, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization. You will address rollout needs, design enhancements, and production support with strong Oracle DB skills.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience, proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL scripting, and the ability to work with SAP, Oracle ERP, and legacy systems.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Blue Yonder SCPO including rollout, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong experience providing technical and functional support to business users, including design, configuration, batch automation, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and QA.
• Strong database skills in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and SQL scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration and familiarity with tools/utilities for diagnosing database performance issues.
• Proven experience in handling and resolving critical production issues within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Blue Yonder SCPO solutions.
• Design enhancement solutions integrating with SAP, Oracle ERP, and legacy systems.
• Support business users during UAT, pilot, and warranty support, including resolution of user queries.
• Create SOPs and support documentation for quick actions and issue resolution.
• Identify and propose improvements from both technical and functional perspectives.
• Train new team members on functional, technical, and integration components.
• Provide innovative suggestions and recommendations to customers to deliver business value.

Blue Yonder SCPO Demand, ESP, Demand 360, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Optimization, Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, SQL

Must-Have Skills

• 7 10 years of experience in Blue Yonder SCPO (Demand, ESP, Demand 360, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Optimization) covering rollout, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong experience providing technical and functional support to business users, including design, configuration, batch automation, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance.
• Strong database skills in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and SQL scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration and familiarity with tools/utilities for diagnosing database performance issues.
