Job summary

Supreme in Gadegaon seeks an experienced Rotomoulding Mould Maintenance lead to maintain mould cavities and ensure consistent product quality, minimizing downtime. The role requires deep knowledge of rotomoulding machines, welding (MIG/ARC), and mould design basics, with a track record of reliable equipment upkeep and teamwork across production and design.

Travel is not required; shift is general, with hands-on responsibility for keeping moulds ready for production and supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Total experience around 15 years in mould maintenance.
• Expert in welding (MIG/ARC) and polishing for moulds.
• Leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mould inventory.
• Intermediaterole playing in design team and mould maker to deliver better mould design foreasy and smooth production.
• New mould trials , dimension verification and approval activity is my keyresponsibility.
• Doing mould maintenance regular basis and available mould ready to use.
• Doing mould loading /unloading activity on time to avoid production loss & delay.
• Monitor to Roto pallet frame availability, Inventory, quality checking process and deliver to machine as in required weight.
• Developed sizer for plastic product as per requirement.
• Making spider support to enhance mould qty on a single arm.
• Maintenance of machine arm.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is, to maintain the mould cavitiesof all rotmoulded products and doing regular maintenance of that to be achievedintended result in product and prevent loss of down time and notable rejection.
